Hi, ( we have got vet appointment tomorrow) just wondering if anyone knows or has experienced this before. Our pup has developed sores under his chin and also today there is one on his ear. Vet adviced sudocream for now until he can see him tomorrow but I am panicking! He hasn't been out anywhere as he is only 6 weeks old ( our dogs had pups so we haven't had a puppy too early) if anyone can recognise this to put my mind at rest tonight. Thank you

Wow, whereabouts if you don’t mind my asking?? Mid Wales right on the border here!

So glad they’ve all got good homes, how many did mum have? Awww Ronnie is the perfect name, and it will be lovely to keep him in the family!

I'm from Llanelli!
Mum had 5 pups, 2 girls and 3 boys! But we went for 2 scans and the vet said there were only 4 so we had a little surprise pup! X

Ask for a scrape so they can determine the exact type of infection and therefore grow a culture and prescribe the correct antibiotic.

@OnceUponAMidnightBeery yes back now. If is juvenile cellulitis 😓 he's had an antibiotic injection today, he's on steroids and antibiotics for 3 weeks and vet said don't be surprised if it gets worse before it gets better x

Hope he feels better soon. Waving from just over the Severn!
