Stop Me Eating All the Sourdough Bread

Have been good at low carving for a good few years as I had a huge belly and 2/3 stove overweight. Cut out all bread, rice snd pasta and not missing them . However then got sucked into making sourdough over lockdown. Then that M&S have sourdough and rye bread that is my nemesis.
Yesterday they had loaves reduced to 20p a loaf so I have 3 in the freezer. Well I did.

I gave gone mad. I had to go out and buy pastrami and pickles and I have had about four sandwiches with that and cheese and mustard yesterday and today And toast. Lots of toast. And now I’m thinking one more crispy chewy little slice...

Short of cutting my throat, any suggestions? It’s so addictive.

Could you just eat them and when they’re gone they’re gone?

Sourdough is the one thing I really craved when I was low carbing too!

I told myself once I stopped LC I would only eat good quality bread, and not for every meal, just occasionally. Worked my way through a whole pack of Viennese whirls yesterday and started on the bread today Grin. I’ve sliced it up and frozen it so at least I don’t have to eat a whole loaf at a time. I think knowing it’s there helps take the panic off a bit. I nearly had some last night before bed, but I told myself it would still be there today. And it was Grin
