Things that make you irrationally angry?

Does anyone else have things that make them really, irrationally angry??

I am generally not an angry person and generally pretty chill most of the time, but recently, certain things make me get the rage (things that really shouldn’t) like a family member swallowing their drink really loudly or eating loudly. It annoys me so much I would have to leave the room or turn the rub up really loudly to drown them out.

I don’t remember feeling this way pre-lockdown. Wtf has changed? Is it just that I’ve spend so long in the house with people during lockdown? How do I fix it?

Please tell me I’m not alone!!

There’s an advert on the radio at the moment that makes me want to smash my DAB radio up into tiny little pieces. It’s for some naff dating website called “coupling up” and the awful attempt at a “script” together with the voiceover guy’s voice gives me the absolute rage.

@The80sweregreat

Dh tends to pick at his nails and although the sound isn't loud it's enough to make me want to start screaming ! I usually just say ' please stop ' and he does. Till the next day! 😀 grr! Cups and glasses left laying around or in half inch of water.

Dirty sport socks as they are so hard to get clean and white again even with vanish type products.

Why are sports socks white, they should be crappy brown at the very least

As pp, loud eating/chewing/slurping/gulping. Foot fiddling - someone fidgeting/playing/moving an item in reach of their feet, not just push it put of the way but fiddle with it. Drives me mad. I will usually get up & move the item as it irritates me so much. And breathe . . . . Thank you 😊

Queuing. The older I get the less patience I have. I would rather come back another day than have people in front and behind me. Feel on edge and trapped.

That annoying dribble of water that runs down the inside of your arm when you rehang the shower head after cleaning it.

Every. Single. Time.

The mess generated by trying to get weetabix out of the fucking packet. Today someone had opened one end of the inner plastic wrapper and dropped them back in the box sideways so I didn't realise and opened the other end and stuff just went .... everywhere.
We recently got 3 large stand up container to empty cereals into. Was bought because of this. €5 each and priceless!!!!
