7yo boy birthday ideas

We normally try and do a day out and a few presents. Had thought of going to a theme park or similar but my back is really not good so can't walk far nevermind the rides!
Also we have no idea what he wants. I tried getting him to look in toy aisle at Tesco and got nothing back at all. If we ask he just says I don't know. He doesn't really play with toys in a NT manner. Spins helicopter rotors instead of flying it anywhere for example. Doesn't do make believe with toy trains, farm, knights castle, kitchen. Does build endless helicopters/hovercraft/rockets out of Lego but hasn't got the patience to follow instructions for proper models.

Any present ideas welcome as we are stumped!!

For my DS's 7th birthday I got him roller skates, a mini drone, sea monkeys, lego, some books and a drum kit.

Bike?
Keyboard and music lessons.

If he likes Lego what about gravitrax, knex or Meccano?

Mine's massively into Pokémon.
He had a lockdown birthday around Easter so got a Build a Bear Eevee (his favourite) lots of cards (what he asked for and nothing else) and some books. It was a panic buy incase I couldn't get anything a few weeks later which was just as well! Couldn't go anywhere on the day so watched a film with popcorn.

He got an upgraded scooter once the shops reopened as I'd forgotten about that through the torrential March we'd been having, and he spent his birthday money on roller blades (and pads!)

Thanks for the ideas. Somewhat unfortunately a neighbour gave us a bike that is perfect so he's just got that. He saw it before we had chance to hide it!!
Not really able to get anything else sporty as he struggles with motor skill issues so would be unfair, maybe in a few years time.
I will look in to gravitrax and knex

Does he collect anything? Maybe you could go to the range or home bargains, they sometimes have 'paint your own' kits and I think I've seen rocket ones

He seems to really like space so will probably get something to do with that. I can think of a few little present ideas. Just a bit stuck for a 'main' gift
