Just Eat

Ordered food on Monday (£53.00) and never turned up. I have CCTV to prove it. Called just eat many times and they keep telling me wait. Someone will / call email. But no. Had to call the bank and that is the last time I order food!

How can the drive just take the food! It's ridicolous. How shelfish!!

Anyone else experience this?

Have you spoken to the place the food was supposed to come from? What do they say?

@dementedpixie thank you for the reply. I did - he was said they did their part by sending it with the driver! They were not helpful at all

Got my money back! And no more ordering food or just cash!

What did you order for £53?

I'm sure this was shown on an undercover show a few months back, showing drivers eating meals, taking whole orders etc. Not all obvioulsy!

I only order from restaurants that have their own drivers or I can collected from. I refuse to use just eat or any other delivery service that adds on extra costs and you risk it not arriving. Is there a formal complaint email? I'd never normally recommend social media, but maybe their twitter site might get a response? Best of luck OP.
