What sort of diet keeps you at your 'natural' weight? Is there such a thing?

I am really trying to eat well and cut out the crap. I try and avoid pasta and bread because they bloat me, and I particularly cut out the biscuits with tea...

I have lost 3lbs and I feel good, but I still feel it's a diet, IYKWIM?

You need to work out your TDE.

Work out how many calories you need to result in a gain/maintain/loss and religiously track via an app like My Fitness Pal.

If you want to stay slim, especially as you get older, you will always have to keep an eye on your calorie intake and exercise habits. There’s no magic pill I’m afraid!

There was a thread on here recently about staying slim...it was quite an interesting read and most people who replied said they had to be very disciplined and work at it. Some people fasted a couple of days a week, others only ate starters when out for dinner, others cut out lots of food groups.
