Hormonal anxiety

Does anyone else struggle with anxiety around the time of their period?

I do, and it’s getting worse.

Purely work related. My job is stressful and full on. I can’t eat. I can’t sleep. I can rationalise it all in my head as much as I like, no need to feel this way etc, but for that few days each month it’s terrible and I can’t shake off the bad files etc.

Anyone have any experience with this? Any advice??

I've only experienced menopausal anxiety. Eating properly, cutting down on dairy and looking into supplements helped. So does finding something, exercise, yoga, tai chi, meditation etc to de-stress.

If I woke up in the night, I'd imagine a running stream and on leaves I'd place my anxieties. It did help. That's more of a path journey, but they help during the night.
