A wood merchant. They will cut wood to size for you, but you may have to treat the wood.

Brackets are cheap (under £1), but it depends on whether you want decorative or would be be happy with BBC functional.

Depends whether you need a standard size or not, and what you want it to look like. You might even be able to find some going free on gumtree / fb in local groups if you’re not picky.
