I was doing a hiit this morning using kettlebells. I was doing a squat with pull up (pulling kettlebell up in upward rowing motion) when I got distracted by ds (pouring milk over the floor). I think I must have done the move wrong at that point. I’ve been in agony (pain has not been continual- has flared up and calmed throughout the day). It is painful on the shoulder blade area and towards the spine but not across the whole of my back. Any ideas what I have done?
I’m gutted as I’ve upped my fitness lately and have toned up and started to get in decent shape. Do I have to rest completely now or can I do leg excercises that don’t impact on my upper body?
