What's an express mani?

I've just booked one thinking it would be a quick manicure to sort out my unshapely cutlicley nails. DH thinks it is more likely to be someone putting nail varnish on already lovely nails - which mine aren't.

I’ve never had one so only a guess but I assume it’s like a quick touch up/paint job rather than a dull treatment where they shape and file your nails etc.

Phone them and ask?

It will vary salon to salon, how long is it? As long as it's at least 30 mins, I'd expect them to do a basic clean up (cuticles, trim, shape) before they varnish.

File and polish, maybe a quick hand massage.

Full mani

File, soak, cuticles, hand massage, check nail shape and tidy, polish.

Express

File, soak, polish.

Deluxe mani

Same as full but adding a heated glove and leaving cream on for longer.
