Help! 18th birthday trip

It’s my DDs 18th birthday next month. Originally we had planned to take her and a friend to London to an Alice in Wonderland exhibition at the V&A and then an Alice in Wonderland afternoon tea.
Now the exhibition is cancelled and I’m not sure what to do. Any ideas?
Some things to note:
We live in the South East but don’t mind an overnight stay somewhere
We will have her 13 year old sister with us
She has SEN so is more immature than most 18 year olds, is not interested in drinking and has physical disabilities and sight impairment so can’t do many sporting activities etc
I want to make it special but we are so limited as to what is available at the moment and we haven’t done any indoor pubs, restaurants etc yet or travelled on public transport.

There is an Alice in Wonderland cafe open in herne Bay so could you book that with a stay in a nice air b and b in Whitstable? Then maybe do a day on the beach

Or hire a hot tub for your garden and set something up at home possibly

We did a day trip on a canal boat last month for my sons birthday- was good fun and we brought with us picnic , cake etc.

Canal boat trip is a nice idea. She loves food so a special dinner would be nice. We’ve been to Rainforest Cafe but somewhere like that would be good if anywhere is open?
