Ex-h and I have been on fairly good terms, we split just before covid-19 which meant getting my possessions from our old house has been a nightmare. He had initially accepted that socially distancing and the rules meant that it would have to wait. Now, he is becoming more vocal about me taking stuff out of the shed that he has stored there (clothes and God knows what else).
He has become annoyed because I have said that I will take these, but also all of the other stuff that covid-19 meant I couldn't collect (furniture and household goods).
I will admit he has frustrated me, and my goodwill has bitten the dust. I am living in a sparsely furnished house, but do have everything I need. Should I be the bigger person and just leave this stuff behind for the sake of an easy life? He had conveniently 'forgotten' about the fact I didn't just leave clothes behind.
