My twins turn 2.5 this month and we wanted to get them a little something to mark it. They love emergency vehicles and I thought I'd get them some chunky toy ones.

I used to go to ELC / Mothercare for this kind of thing..... any recs now they"re gone??

Early learning centre is still online. I think they are run or owned by the same company as The Entertainer.

We got dd1 the playmobil fire engine (the one with the ladders on) at that age and it got a huge amount of play.

Chad Valley Lights and Sounds have a good selection and they’re in the Argos 2 for £15 deal. They’re not too babyish either so My DS still likes them even though he’s 5.
