Back to work tomorrow

Been on furlough for a good few months, back at my fast paced job tomorrow. Today I am feeling so sick out of nerves I don't know if I can eat (but I will). I suffer from anxiety quite badly so this really feels like going back to school again for the first day. Things have changed so much at work.

Sorry if in wrong section I did try to put it in the "back to work" section but my phone isn't playing ball.

It can be a bit weird going back. I was a bit anxious when I went back especially as we had changes but and the first day or two were a bit odd. I forgot basic things and how to use the system. But after a day or so it all came back and now a month on I feel like I never went away lol.
