Me and my family were supposed to be going to salou next week but we aren’t anymore so I have booked a hotel for Friday night in Weston. I have Friday off work and so the plan was to go to weston Friday morning and get there around 10.30ish. Just looked on the weather app and it’s forecast 29degrees for Friday and now I’m worrying it’s going to be rammed, we are going to be stuck in tailbacks and not be able to park etc!!
I’ve just seen reports on bbc news about Brighton and Bournemouth that we’re turning people away etc! I have never been to weston so don’t no if it’s popular or if it will be ok? Can anyone help?
Other option is to go Thursday after work but at about £100 for a hotel it is money I don’t really have! Can anyone help please!!

It will be busy but you are getting there early. Where is the hotel and is there parking?
Don't expect much from the sea. You might get a better beach experience at Brean, Berrow or even Burnham, but with all of the holiday parks open it will be very busy everywhere.

There is parking at the hotel, however check in isn’t until three so I wasn’t sure if we could park on there before the check in time. I’m from the midland so just wanted to take the kids to the beach for a day but seems like we have landed on a really hot day, which isn’t great and has got me worrying slightly!

I would ring them, parking can be an issue.

A new Banksy has just been found in Weston super Mare too... The weather forecast may not be reliable, but this will draw a lot of people.

Watch out for the quicksand (mud) on some areas of the beach. It is signed but for some reason we didn’t see it and our dog got stuck. We managed to get him out but it was very frightening. Realise this is off topic but just wanted to say.
