Commercial LL insurance, any recomendations or Essentials to Include

Just wondering..I normally roll over with the same company and I am wondering if there are anyone people can recommended or essentials that are sometimes not obvious or mentioned?
EG this time I am thinking about more comprehensive water and electricity...not sure if thats a "thing" ?

and do people go through brokers any more or buy through compare the market etc?

I always go through a broker as the property is actually owned by by SIPP and they have ever changing complex requirements.
