how many kids at your dc school have had covid?

just that. I'm in a panic over schools return in 12 days. I expect a rise in cases due to various reasons in my area though they have been almost non existent for almost a month or so now. I was looking up statistics of how many cases of covid were in schools since re opening. Has anyone in your dc class tested positive since return?

How are you all coping in general and what are the rates in your area around this time.

My anxiety has peaked and I'm looking at ways to reduce it.

None that I know of.
As school closed back in March all parents had a message to say that "a member of the school community" was being tested. That test came back negative.
I have no idea if anyone tested positive during the first part of lockdown - it wouldn't have affected us.
My DC went back to school in June and nothing was reported back to us.

I think we are at crossed purposes

Quite possibly.

But you can't use the data for schools when the schools haven't been fully open.

But I can provide an answer to the OP's question how many kids in your DC's school have had COVID? ( it doesn't mention full open) and respond to posters saying 'but how would you know, it is confidential information' - because I have an overview and I do have access to the data for a large number of schools.
