What is wrong with the sky????

It's such a weird colour tonight. Really yellow atmosphere.
Near Bristol.
Anyone know?

London (south) a rainbow and a fire in the sky!

I tried to get pictures here in South East London as it looked so nice but mine did not look as good as yours

It was really weird here in the NE too - really yellow. We then had a massive thunder storm!

Pink rainbow here too in kent. Never seen one before, and the sky lit up our neighbours white house so it was glowing red.

Yellow here in the north east too! Then thunder and rain to break our 4 minutes of heatwave

Raining here now in Scotland after our one warm( not hot) day

Red sky at night shephard’s delight (because it pisses it down and keeps the wolves at bay).

Too late for a photo but we had a grey sky, kind of rippled all over, with random little fluffy pink clouds. It was very peculiar.

We have had some of the most intense rain, thunder and lighting this evening I’ve seen and heard in a long time, the house was shaking and car alarms were being set off. Is then went eerily quite and still with pink and orange sky. Very pretty.

We had a really bright double rainbow just before 9pm. I don’t think I have seen one that late before. I don’t think the photo captured it well though.

Beautiful pink clouds here in NW London after a hot blue sky day.

Sky went really dark here around 6pm, then lightened to a very peculiar yellowish grey. If it was winter I’d have said snow sky, but at 30 degrees seems unlikely 🤷🏻‍♀️

No thunderstorms here either, although it would be very welcome! Mid Wales on the border btw.

Yellow clouds usually mean a storm is coming.

Bloody wish one would. It's hotter than the grills at McDonald's, Hades Central branch right now and I am heartily sick of it already.
