How to stop feeling guilty &/or anxious all the time?

Says it all in the title really

I feel like I've spent almost my entire life feeling guilty or anxious about one scenario or another. I tend to give my self a really hard time over events and think I deserve severe consequences.

Have been diagnosed with anxiety/depression/OCD depending on the doctor over the years

Thanks in advance

Firstly Flowers for you as this sounds hard work.

I used to feel very anxious and self-conscious myself. As I have grown older I've found that it is worse/stronger when doing things I'm not comfortable with, so now I protect my time and space more.

Also I do a lot more proactively to make myself feel good. So I do activities I like, take time to myself, that sort of thing. When I run myself dow.n I feel worse.

Are you taking meds? If they are not working you should speak to a doctor. Otherwise I found meds the only thing that's helped.

Can you unpack it a bit?
Is there some aspect of your life you feel guilty about (ie work, home etc)?
What is the event which you think deserves severe consequences?
