I keep getting itchy red spots on my leg and arm - am I being bitten? There's not many, just a couple on my leg, a couple on my knee and two on arm. Not a rash or anything. I've cleaned/vacuumed all round my room and under bed and laundered duvet, pillows, floor rug, vacuumed mattress and turned it over, yet I'm still getting them.

Sent a pic to my GP and they're giving me Timodene and say it's an insect bite. I've looked and looked and can't see/find any insects anywhere - no mosquitoes, spiders or anything else. What could it be??
Can my skin just be breaking out from the humidity? My room is south facing and it's VERY hot.

My skin feels itchy just thinking about it and I'm feeling very unnerved.. any pointers greatly appreciated!!

Heat rash is certainly a thing, though it would usually be more patchy than you describe...

We've been getting individual barely-itchy bites, ourselves. Tiny ones, not sure what they're from. Mozzies have just started up though.

It's freaking me out, honestly!

I'm also perimenopausal.. I guess that makes me more attractive to little critters, I never used to get bitten at all before Confused
