I was fine yesterday morning then in the afternoon I suddenly felt faint and dizzy. I continued to feel dizzy and like the world was spinning until I went to sleep. Walking around outside didn't help, sitting still didn't help. And about 20 mins in to the spinning I felt nauseous. Whether the nausea was separate or a result of the spinning I don't know. Woke up this morning feeling a bit better. As the morning went on the spinning and dizzy feeling disappeared but the nausea has remained and been joined by on of headaches.
I obviously googled my symptoms and the only thing I think it could be is vertigo. I've not got a temperature or any other symptoms though.
If anyone has had vertigo does this sound similar? And if so when is this nausea likely to go away?
