What to eat when nothing in?

We are going away for a few days so I decided not to do any shopping for 2 weeks and to eat what we had in to save some money and to use up what we have.
So we are now getting down to the bare bones.
We have had cheese and ham every day this week in one form or another. I am at a loss of what to make for lunch and dinner.

I have approx 100g of pasta, a tub of cream cheese, ham, 4 rashers, onion, garlic, carrots, passata stock cubes, bread, baked beans, tinned tomatoes and rice.

Can anyone come up with something imaginative from that please?

Spaghetti carbonara (sort of).
Chop the onions, and soften in oil. Add the chopped ham and let it cook a bit.
At the same time, cook your pasta.
Stir together the cooked pasta, ham and onion mix and the cream cheese. Done
What kind of bread is it? You could make garlic bread if it’s a baguette by crushing garlic into a bit of the cream cheese or butter if you have some, wrapping it in foil & bake in the oven.

If you can’t make garlic bread, put some in the spaghetti carbonara, and a dash of Tabasco helps it along as well

I would cook the bacon and cut it up small, fry the garlic gently and add the tomatoes and just mix it up with the bacon.

Minestrone soup would work, with the pasta, the bacon or ham, tomatoes, garlic, stock and some carrots and water.

Use onion, garlic, stock cubes, chopped tomatoes, carrots and rice to make a thick soup.

Beans on toast

Creamy pasta with the pasta and cream cheese - either add the ham or buy lemons and a green veg to make lemony pasta.

Or use the carrots and cream cheese to make a carrot loaf cake assuming you have other store cupboard ingredients.

Risotto with the rice, bacon, onion & garlic, stock cube and some of the cream cheese.

Pasta with onion, garlic, passata & cream cheese sauce.

Carrot soup.

Beans on toast.

Summer vegetable soup with remaining tomatoes, carrots, onions, stock cube, garlic and some pasta to make it more substantial.
