Can anyone give the heads up on this area? I don't know it at all but have seen a house I like the look of.

Hi, exmouth is a nice place to live. Not too touristy most of the time as the tourists generally stay in the holiday camps the majority of the time.

It's a bit rougher than Sidmouth or budleigh salterton but much cheaper and a younger population. Good shopping and transport links too! What area are you looking at?
