Do school kids in France and Germany have the first week of June off as school holidays

Just looking to reschedule something ideally when these kids are busy at school

Not in France

In Germany the timing of school holidays is regional. Some start as early as June, others not until the end of July. The link below takes you to a table of school holidays for all the regions.

Well, according to the calendar there are no school holidays anywhere in Germany next year between 6th and 20th June.
