The Young Offenders

Both on iPlayer.

Def recommend Brooklyn 99.

Him and Her is brilliant tho not sure whether it’s on Netflix etc.

There She Goes and Afterlife are both wonderful but make me laugh and cry in equal measure.

Episodes and Extras are both good too.

Notname · 29/07/2020 23:15

Motherland is v funny too, tho I found the 2nd series better and I don’t think that’s on anything at the moment.

And I sometimes watch the earlier series of Outnumbered again, as it still makes me laugh (far too relatable sometimes!). And Father Ted. And The IT Crowd.

Arrgh, I’ve been watching far too much telly recently!

Tempusfudgeit · 29/07/2020 23:43

Spaced on Netflix. So, so funny and characters you'll fall in love with.

strugglingtofindausername · 29/07/2020 23:47

Schitts Creek

It does get better as the series progress. It takes a few episodes to warm to the characters.

ShaunaTheSheep · 29/07/2020 23:48

The Marvellous Mrs Maisel on prime

ThisAintNoPartyThisAintNoDisco · 29/07/2020 23:49

We’ve really enjoyed In The Long Run.

ItsAlwaysSunnyOnMN · 30/07/2020 00:03

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia best episodes are The Dennis System and The Gang Buys a Boat

Friday Night Dinner especially love The Mercedes and The Fox episodes

BeneathTheMilkyTwilight · 30/07/2020 00:09

Taskmaster makes me cry with laughter.
I really like The Ranganation on Bbc.
Joe Lycett stand up on Prime is extremely funny.
Friday Night Dinner is brilliant until the last couple of series.
If you enjoy more gentle humour too, try Detectorists or Home.

FaiIWorseAgain · 30/07/2020 01:03

Thanks again.
I watched first episodes of Norsemen, Toast of London, The Young Offenders, Taskmaster and listened to the Reincarnathan Cat episode.
