Is this normal?
They moved in two whole years ago and every evening and weekend is filled with loud DIY. I’m getting really easily irritated by it now. At the moment there is a high pitched sanding machine or something going on and I have a banging headache. 
Is this normal neighbourly behaviour? The people before were quiet old people so difficult to compare.
