Is anyone else having problems. We ordered 6 weeks ago and ripped the sink out the day before the order was due (thankfully we left the loo). 6 delivery dates missed and we still don't have our order - contacted customer service but no help. At wits end!

Yup had exactly the same issue. If you offer to pay the next day charges then you will get your items the next delivery day. I can't help think it is a con to get people to pay. When I contacted them to change the bath as the bath I ordered (which was in stock at the time) was showing out of stock they told me that my items were already reserved but that my shipping wouldn't be until August unless I paid the £35 delivery. I managed to change the bath (I preferred the new one) and get my items the next day. However, the sink is badly cracked and God knows when I'll get a new sink sent out. I'm giving them 5 days then I'm going to be back on them. It's shocking. I've used them before and they were great. I'm really disappointed this time. I should have just gone to Wickes.
