You can push the cork into the bottle, it isn't pretty, and you might feel as though you've hit a new low :D, but you can get the wine out.

(Because there's pressure in the bottle the wine can spray out, but if you are able to pierce through the cork to relieve the pressure in the bottle that should fix that.)

Push in with a mascara tube.
