Hi everyone! Over the past few months I keep twisting my right ankle, several times a month. This includes wearing sensible shoes and on more serious walks or just out in town! I believe I have supinated (walk on edge of foot) all my life, and I've put quite a bit of weight on recently which I wonder has anything to do with it? I'm exercising for weight loss so constantly twisting/rolling my ankle is really inconvenient!
Anyone else out there experienced anything like this? Or just any advice? Thank you!
