I've been trying to get through to BA Holidays for the last week and it seems impossible. The number they give you to call (03444930787) just directs you to the main number but when you get through to that they say they don't deal with holidays. I've tried Twitter and they're less than useless there as well and I'm running out of ways to get this sorted.
We were due to fly to Barcelona in two weeks but cancelled and got a voucher which we used to book Palma instead. However, using the voucher means you have to pay upfront and they refund you the voucher amount which never happened so I need to chase they up.
Obviously now I also need Palma to be cancelled and I want a refund in light of the new FO guidance but apparently they're not cancelling holidays to Spain so no refunds will be given, just another voucher.
Has anyone found a way to get in contact with the holidays team?
