OP name change on same thread

If I start a thread, and then name change and comment on that thread with the new name, will both names be highlighted green to signify I’m the OP? Or just the posts with the original username?

Just the posts in the same name as the OP will be that colour.

Thanks! Not that I’m planning on starting a thread and then replying to myself but just wondered if it’s possible for people to do it.
