Does anybody actually have a way of contacting Virgin mobile?

Online PAC code request not working.
Live chat not working
Text system not working
Call centres shut

All I want is a PAC code so I can change providers.

Anybody managed to get in touch with them in the last couple of weeks?

VM have sent me a new sim card for the mobile, for self installation. Apparently it has the wrong number on it, and they will soon stop services to the old sim. I have found it impossible to contact anyone in order to rectify this.
I plan to leave vm asap.
Currently I spend £93 per month on the broadband, tv, landline package, and £7 on mobile contract.
