I have started listening to this American Life which is great. Would like something uplifting. I'm normally quite cynical but found myself loving Brene Brown recently. Wouldn't normally be my thing.

I listen to This American Life but a lot of it is not uplifting. Do you want inspirational stories or do you want light-hearted? Adam Buxton has a lovely way of interviewing, i always feel happier after listening to him. You might also find Reply All interesting if you have any interest in tech or online stories.

My most listened to podcast is Stuff You Should Know, and mostly because the hosts are just great. They're always funny and have great patois, even if the subjects aren't always interesting

No idea what I'm after really. Yes you are right about This American Life, I really like it but would like more cheerful. Perhaps just listening to nice people. I loved listening to Adam and Joe show years ago so Adam Buxton interviews might be good thanks.

Oprah's super soul with erkhart tolle is good.
