Does anyone have a customer services email for Ikea - I can't find one online : GRRRRR?

I need to arrange the return and get a refund for a mattress which is faulty but which won't fit into my car now that it's been opened so needs to be collected.
I've tried phoning but the automated system ends up at a dead end and it hangs up!
Annoying.
The webchat has 2 hours of a wait.

I've tried emailing the ceo ... not optimistic.

@HeadAndShouldersPerson did you ever get a response and get it sorted? I'm having massive issues with an Ikea delivery and am having the same issue with customwr services and them hanging up on me every time I call. Haven't even managed to speak to a real person yet!
