In the past 12 months, my gas meter has gone from 17093 to 18662. That is a difference of 1569.

Is that 15,6900 kWh?

Also, my electricity has gone from 14081 to 16065, a difference of 1984. Again, if anyone could help me with this I would be really grateful. Thank you!

Electricity meters should just show the units which are kWh, so no conversion necessary.

For gas, a conversion is required. You need to look on the meter to if it's metric (cubic metres) or imperial (cubic feet). Then have a look here.
