I've just booked a sun holidays caravan as our abroad holiday was cancelled this year. Put in all of our details, ages etc and paid.
I then went onto the holiday parks website and it says that it is an adult only park.
I'm a bit confused as this didn't come up when I was booking and I did put the children's ages in when it asked for guest details before paying.
Obviously need to call them tomorrow but wondering if anything similar had happened to anyone else?
The park is Pakefield in Suffolk if anyone knows it.
