Was doing really well at the start but I've started to struggle to stay focused and motivated.

Any tips please?

I set out my day as though I am in the office. So I get up at the same time breakfast shower and dressed. The hour I would normally spend commuting I go for a 2/3 mile walk around the local area.
I break my day down so if I’m doing 9-5 I work 9-11 then I take a 10 minute break and go and make a cuppa. 11.10-1 work. 1-1.45 lunch make sure your away from your work space so you get a proper break. I normally sit in the garden unless it’s raining for lunch and fresh air. Then I take a 10 minute break at 3pm then crack on until 5

Definitely a routine with built in treats/breaks. I'm the opposite of you, I really struggled at first but am very settled into it now. The worst thing for me is if there isn't quite enough to do, then even the small tasks that I have seem very arduous. So keeping up a steady pace is important too.

Getting out for a quick walk during the day really helps too.

Thanks, I like the idea of set blocks of time, and keeping to the same routine.
