I know it's not (most of your) cup of tea, so I'll tell you.

The band is Half Man Half Biscuit and the song is called Trumpton Riots.
They did quite a few trumpton-inspired tracks.

One of their songs is called "Time flies by when you're the driver of a train" which I what I thought Flea might have been referring to.

I might have posted a link ^ but it might not have worked, and most of you won't like it anyway. It's quite a punky/thrashy song. But funny.
I do like other stuff too!
