Can someone cheer me up

Just did a Facebook stalk (why?!) saw a photo of an ex group of friends all together a couple of days ago having drinks in the garden.

It made me sad, none of them ever gave a shit about me at the time and certainly wouldn’t now.

One didn’t invite me to her sons christening (big event) but then text me happy birthday a few weeks later like what she’d done was normal.

So why do I feel sad and like they all live great lives and I’m the pathetic loser.

(I do have good friends but I don’t have a group of friends anymore)

I'll cheer you up, I'll do a little dance for you. I'm very clumsy and may knock things over.

So you're just feeling a bit left out? I wouldn't worry about it, doesn't sound like they were great company anyway.

Look on the bright side: you have friends close to you.
Mine are all 1700km away for 9 yrs now, only see them once a year (any not even that this year) and max is having a monthly phone convo.

I often end up feeling rubbish after seeing other people's posts on Facebook. Don't forget that just because it looks like everyone else is having a great time doesn't mean they are....
