Hello! I've been a smoker for several years, always enjoyed it and all of my friends are smokers (which will make it harder as it's such a big factor when socialising!) but I woke up this morning and thought hmm.... I don't want to smoke any more. I am trying to save money and also don't want to be tied to constantly popping for a cigarette regardless of how much I enjoy it! The first one of the day with a coffee and the post-meal cigarettes will be the hardest but I'm done!
I have one cigarette left and then i'm going to try cold turkey! I've been looking through apps to track and keep me accountable, but does anyone have a good suggestion for the best free one to use?
