What does this mean on a job application?

Not sure if I'm being a bit silly here. I'm filling out a job application, and on 'current employment', after salary, duties, reason for leaving etc., it says 'Other benefits'.

Is it asking the benefits I received at the company, such as healthcare? Or does it mean have I benefited them in some way?

I may be overthinking it!

It’ll be financial benefits like health care or pension or flexible working etc

P0lka · 24/07/2020 19:26

It's likely other remuneration- as you say, healthcare, company car, subsidised childcare etc

Okay, thank you both. That was my first thought but I started overthinking it.

Thanks!

Private health, company car or car allowance, interest free loans. These are the 'benefits in kind' reported on a P11d form.

It means something you would have to pay for if the company did not , car , fuel allowance, over night hotels, shares, kids clubs , gym , food treats ( monthy pizza etc)

If there is a company that offers all of the above want to work for them !
