As part of cost cutting measures, you have to choose between Netflix and amazon prime. You can't have both. So which would you stick with?

Shallow question, I know, but my job will be going and I am looking at how to cut back. A bit difficult, as these 2 are my only indulgence. I now have to look at cheaper essentials now. And probably cooking with more lentils🙄

Prime. I haven't watched anything on Netflix in ages. I am currently binge watching Criminal Minds on Prime.

@pieceofpurplesky my mobile is 7.00 a month. I can't find cheaper.

I've ditched the land-line.
Have my own nails.
Dont colour my hair
Wet cut a couple of times a year
Clothes and shoes only when needed
Walk home from work to save 30/month bus fare.
No takeaways
No expensive fun
Happily blessed with friends who are happy for a cup of tea and biscuit chatty night in.

Lord. I sound sooo boring. But still need to cut back.

I'd keep prime as I order a lot from Amazon. However in the situation you described (ie not ordering things from Amazon) I'd keep Netflix instead.

Purely based on content then I would say Netflix as you have to pay for a lot of stuff extra on prime TV. I watch more programmes on Netflix.
Prime is mainly for delivery and then some programmes that are on there.

I would say netflix, but I keep Prime, because I do surveys which give me amazon vouchers (some do Tesco vouchers) so if I need something then I will buy it off prime and get free delivery.
