Child’s baby/big teeth help!

Hi. My 6yr old (7 in October) has so far only lost 2 teeth. Non of the others are wobbly at all atm. I’ve read that her age is average for them to start falling out so I’m not particularly bothered about her age.

But I am worried that the big teeth at the bottom are coming through at a funny angle because the teeth either side are not loose yet.

I’ve added a pic of her bottom tooth coming through... it seems to be growing inwards towards the inside of her mouth and coming out the back of her gum.. behind where the baby tooth was.

Is this something to be worried about?

Thanks

No idea why the pic is upside down!! It’s the smaller of the big teeth I’m worried about. You might have to zoom in. Sorry!

My DD lost her bottom before the others next to it fell out and they didn't grow wonky. Def spek to a dentist.

I think this is really common at this age OP. Basically you just have to wait and see what happens - either they will sort themselves out when the baby teeth fall out or she'll need braces when she's older.
