Treated my self to a pair of new Ugg boots for the winter and when they arrived thank goodness I checked them as the box contained two right feet! Contacted customer service online and sent a pic and They told me to return them and I’d have to order another pair, I’ve asked if they could give me free postage on my next pair and they’ve answered everything in my email except that! Guessing that’s a no then! Feel that they could have at least offered this for their cock up? Really I felt that they should have sent a replacement pair once they’ve received these back, what do others think? Am I expecting too much from customer service or is this common practice these days?
