Any help identifying rash?

This has been on DDs elbow for a few weeks. She is 15. Its extremely itchy and looks like small blisters. She takes antihistamines (loratadine and fexofenadine) every day so would have thought if its an allergic reaction they would take care of it. Have a telephone appointment tomorrow with our GP but I'm wondering if dermatitis herpetiformis is a possibility? I am gluten intolerant and so is my Dad but we don't get the rash.

not much help op, but I had exactly the same rash on my elbows a couple of weeks ago. V itchy. Also took fexofenadine and loratidine and other antihistamines to no effect. Oddly for me though it then spread all over my body, from head to toe and I felt generally unwell for about a week. I even went for a covid test (negative, but it was about 10 days after start of it all so who knows) I had GP app on Monday who said he thought it was viral rash, but I wasnt convinced TBH! Over the past few days it has gradually resolved, although still a bit itchy in places. And it is now 3 weeks in.....I've got to go for some blood tests tomorrow, may also ask them to screen for coaliac as googling also suggested demraitits herpetifromis to me....
Hope you can get some asnwers from GP. The itchyness was hrrible so I really feel for your dd.

Looks like ringworm.
Fungal infection, easily cleared with anti fungal cream.

I sent her doctor the photos and she agrees it looks like dermatitis herpetiformis so she's referred her to dermatology for biopsy and blood tests. Won't be surprised if it turns out to be coeliac disease if I'm honest! Bowel symptoms etc would fit. Thanks to both who replied.
