I've just signed up for my first box, has anyone done it before?

I'm very much a plain Jane of black, white and denim.

Not sure what I'm hoping for - a fashion miracle?!

@CharlotteS0metimes that all sounds really good. Pleased for you!! I love those supergas btw. I just bought a pair of new balance reduced from 100 to 36 can't decide if I actually like them but I like the spots (ill attach a pic) but means if I get the supergas I'll want to keep them too!!

Stupid chubby apple shape LOL. If it helps I'm 5 foot 3 with the longest body known to woman. To the point I need to order my swimsuits from long tall Sally ... Ahh our bodies ha

Oh and shoes. My style is jeans, black or white top and trainers (kind of). Hoping for something diff mind you and said that.

@kleew1 I'd like those trainers more without all the detailing all over them. They'd fall into my 'too fussy' category I think?

I got my box today! There's plain super gas which I won't keep as I had the exact ones about 2 years ago and they are still burst in my cupboard.

A flowery dress I'd never wear but like on and a top that's v me and trousers again I'd never choose but are probably quite me.

A pink jumper that is not for me! Also cheaper than expected.

What are the price brackets/points you choose from?

Had my first one last week and loved everything bar one dress. I am a stripey tops and linen lady (definitely getting old) and they got me down to a T. Really happy.

I had my first box two weeks ago and loved it so much I brought forward my second box. I kept three out of the five items and have worn all three already. I'm obsessed with clicking on the app and giving a thumbs up or down to their suggestions!

@ouch321 it's there somewhere! As you work through the questions it asks you how much you'd be willing to pay for tops, jeans, bags etc

I don't want bags or coats sending and o went sort of mid Ish price - I'll pay up to £60 for jeans, £40-50 for a top etc

I’ve had a few boxes but only kept a couple of things. My last box was just awful. I returned the lot. Didn’t try any on because they didn’t listen. I think they just chucked stuff in and hoped for the best.

I said no jeans. I got a black pair.

I asked for a maxi dress. They sent a play suit. I am 50.

For every box and in my profile I said no items without sleeves. They sent two tops with me sleeves.

I said no jewellery. I got a naff necklace.

Delivery is good and returns are easy. Stick fix returns a bit easier than lookerio but that’s due to where we live.

I'm not sure how much they listened to me but I am pleasantly surprised.

@ouch321 I think it's when you are actually ordering your box it gives you the option - I chose the cheapest bracket for all.

My total box was 160 if all purchased.

Also made me realise I need to lose a few lockdown pounds. Easy to ignore when you are wearing the same old same old...

This was my card. The blue dress and orange shoes were perfect. The jeans were too. I didnt think the cream jumper was worth the money.

I didnt get the bag. Im not spending £90 on a bag i didnt choose.

Got my 2nd box.. Truly awful! Disappointed.

I had my first fix recently and I am having another one for autumn.

Downsides: Sadly I wasn’t one of the lucky ones and the stylist absolutely missed the mark. It is as if I went shopping blind and picked out random pieces from the high-street shops. My ten year old niece would have done a better job than the so called professional stylist. The pieces were clumsy and of poor quality and didn’t work together at all. I kept a pair of French connection jeans nonetheless as i needed a pair of jeans but I had to exchange for one with proper stitching.

Upsides: love the business idea and design. Little cards with outfit ideas was fab. Beautifully presented. Quick and easy app. Delivery and return were hassle free.

So, I decided to give it a other shot. I requested to change a stylist and I am giving it another go. But if the pieces are as disappointing as last time I will never bother again.

Hopefully they will hire some actual talent as stylists in the future.
