Korean DVD?

I bought a film, French with English subtitles, but didn't realise I was buying a Korean DVD. I think, from the region labelling, that it will work in the UK, by how do I know whether it is the full, original film? Might it be edited or translated differently for the Korean market?

It's all-region so it'll play.
IMDB says 1h28, your DVD says 89 minutes, you should be good to go.
