White poo in a child would concern me. It could indicate liver problems. I would be ringing my GP or 111 now and keep an eye on her. Does she seem OK and her usual self?

My first DS had this when he was a toddler frequently. No other health concerns and never occurred with any other symptoms. I remember taking very similar photos as I thought it was odd.

Never did find out what caused it but he's been perfectly fine and is 8 tomorrow. I would see your GP though as usual with any concerns. Could always ring health visitor?

My youngest is currently 2 and the day after fish or eggs for dinner his poo is always very pale.

That is a very hard looking poo for a small child in a nappy.
Has she got constipation?
How long have the poos been like this?

Contact the doctor for an appointment, keep photos and take a fresh poo with you of you can
