Afternoon slump/advice for building up

Aghhh I hate it. Before corona I walked between 3-5 miles a day. I was out and about. Going places with the kids. Quite energetic.

Probably only walking half an hour three times a week now. Today we walked an hour and by 2pm I was shattered and felt really sickly. I managed to shut my eyes for 5 minutes whilst the kids were on the sofa with me watching Peppa pig. My partner's working in the other room.

The thing is I want to build back up but it's really really hard when my body doesn't feel good for it.

Has anyone got any suggestions to a positive new routine and building myself back up? Abit nervous about September as the school runs take an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon!

I seem to be sleeping a little better now as that was also an issue. Had some anxiety in the night which is out of character for Me.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated 😊
