Counselling that is free but isn’t nhs does this exist ?

Is there some kind of voluntary service available where you can go to talk (or by distance atm) that isn’t linked to the nhs ?

No councillor will contact your GP or SW or anyone unless they think you are a danger to yourself or someone else AND unless they think it will trigger you to do something they will always discuss with you first before they contact anyone.

They will (or definitely should) make a contract with you at the beginning and include in this anything that would trigger a report to anyone else.
